Bigos Management, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Ted Bigos.
Through the direction of Mr. Bigos and his dedicated key
professional management team, the company has expanded and
currently holds ownership/management of over 42 apartment
communities or approximately 8,000 individual apartment homes. All
of the apartment communities are located in the Minneapolis/St Paul
metropolitan area, with the exception of one long standing
community in Duluth. The current portfolio's diversity offers
something for everyone from quiet suburban living to fast-paced
downtown high-rise life. The most recent acquisition was that of
Kellogg Square in St. Paul, MN.
Because Bigos properties are locally owned and managed, more
time, attention and resources are devoted to the apartment
communities thus making them a nicer place to live and

The Bigos Management corporate office is located in Golden
Valley and has departments of Management, Accounting, Operations,
Marketing and Human Resources. The departments work together and
create the corporate structure of the company. Together, they
